Job Title: Marketing Officer I
Location: Abuja

Reports to: Senior Marketing Officer
Main Responsibilities
- The ideal candidate will conduct insightful market research to establish a marketing strategy that will effectively reach the target audience. They should be comfortable evaluating the marketing process, and work to critique and improve its outcomes.
Specific Responsibilities
- Identify target audiences, objectives and desired outcomes of marketing campaigns;
- Generating leads and conversion of leads to long term clients;
- Research and develop marketing strategies, and evaluate success strategy;
- Create and actualize digital marketing programs;
- Direct sales, Negotiation with clients;
- Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential clients;
- Participate in all promotional activities;
- Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information;
- Keep records of all leads and contacts of clients and update such records as often as needed;
- Participate in strategy, review and other meetings of the company.
- Locate business opportunities by identifying prospects;
- Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance;
- Researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements;
- Staying up-to-date on current marketing trends;
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Banking and Finance or related field;
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in Asset Management/Financial Services Industry;
- Strong analytical, and time-management skills;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Strategic thinking, high creativity and problem solving skills;
- Excellent reporting skills;
- High ethical standards and integrity;
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact and build relationships with all levels of management.
- Experience with social media;
- Excellent persuasive skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
- Highly detail-oriented;
