It is quite understood that many people that were able to register within the first two days of the registration had a different experience compared to the majority that registered lately and about to register. Initially, the upload were many, recently it was reduced. The reason for the reduction is to reduce too many files in the system as the uploads affects the bandwidth which could affect the registration process again if it is not resolved.

Also, many couldn’t see their passport on their CDCFIB application slip while those that registered later are seeing theirs. It will all be fixed and if you are shortlisted, provision would be made for re-upload of the passport and possibly since it was submitted, it could be uploaded for you. Worry not much.

In recap, all the registration process are all accurate and do not have to register more than once as that has been the initial instruction to avoid disqualification. Everyone’s file, registrations and submissions are still intact in their portal.

How to Confirm your CDCFIB Recruitment Application to know if it is approved

• Visit: www.recruitment.cdcfib.gov.ng/confirm-registration
• Click on Retrieve Application
• Select your category: NIS, FFS, NSCDC or NCoS
• Type in your NIN and Phone Number (The one you used for the registration)
• There will be a pop-up displaying the photocard or CDCFIB application slip

This shows that the registration is approved, confirmed and it is successful. That is to say, your file is still in their system.

However, those that registered earlier may not see this pop-up that is they may receive an error message, you still do not have to worry as far as you receive mail of confirmation after your registration.

However, you can scan the barcode on the CDCFIB Application Slip to know if it is still active…
