We are seeking passionate and field-oriented Microloan Officers in her Victoria Island and Ibeju-Lekki (Oribanwa) locations. The officers will be responsible for sourcing, onboarding, and managing microloan clients, driving loan disbursements, and ensuring timely repayments.
Job Title: Microloan Officers
Location: Victoria Island and Ibeju-Lekki (Oribanwa)
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and onboard microloan clients in assigned areas.
- Conduct credit appraisal and verification of client businesses.
- Manage loan disbursement and monitor utilization.
- Follow up on repayments to ensure funds are collected as and when due.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and loan performance.
- Achieve weekly/monthly disbursement and recovery targets.
Requirements
- OND/NCE/HND/Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 1–2 years’ experience in microfinance, field sales, or lending is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Field-driven, target-oriented, and resilient.
- Basic knowledge of loan processes and customer management.
- Applicants residing within Victoria Island and Ibeju-Lekki (Oribanwa) will have an added advantage.
