Job Description

• We’re a multifaceted entertainment and marketing platform that helps connect brands to new and existing markets through a versatile comedy channel, informative content and a robust online media presence.
• We currently seek an individual passionate about Client Relationship to implement communication strategies that further our goals, promote our brand and deliver commendable customer experience.

Key Responsibilities include

• Act as the first point of contact clients’ enquiries.
• Support in creating sales pitches, developing clear and compelling written proposal/quotations for current and prospective clients.
• Build trust and long-term relationships with clients/customers
• Maintain and expand the company’s customer base.
• Support in developing avenues to improve customer experience and build brand loyalty.
• Support in the development and implementation of effective communication strategy.
• Manage client/sales records and other vital data.

Qualification / Experience

• Minimum of HND / B.Sc. in related discipline.
• Minimum of one (1) year experience in Customer Service / Client Relationship Management
• Excellent critical thinking skills and ability to exercise good judgment and solve problems quickly and effectively.
• Preference will be given to candidates who are experienced and skilled in Digital Marketing.

Salary
N60,000 – N80,000 monthly.
