UNIPORT GES Online Registration Errors and How to Resolve All

Currently, the University of Port Harcourt GES Coordinator has initiated an online GES registration portal link to enable all concerned to register successfully using the steps and guidelines as provided here. However, some encounters error while filling the form and some filled wrong information, which they cannot edit again on their own, such as passport, department, level, etc.

The University of Port Harcourt is aware of those errors and there are solutions to it.

Some people uploaded the wrong passport or picture, some people uploaded a slanted passport. Also, some students chose the wrong department, level, or incomplete GES courses.

All these are resolvable now, just don’t panic.

Notwithstanding the error, you can easily resolve them by simply writing a letter to the GES Coordinator.

Request for (Change of Passport, Department, Level etc.) on my GES online registration portal

I, Franklin Uzor, with the Jamb registration number, 2026827209758HA from the department of Biology, wrongly uploaded a wrong passport and request for it to be changed to a new one I have attached.

During the course of my online registration for GES, I wrongly uploaded a wrong passport. Please kindly assist me in changing it for me.

How to Register/Do your UNIPORT GES Online Registration

Kindly use the link below to access the online form: https://arnt.uniportdatacenter.net/ges

Note once more that every student offering GES courses this session, including the carryover and part-time students, is expected to complete the online form.

The online registration commences Friday, 20th February and ends Friday, 6th March, 2026, which is prior to being extended.

Requirements for UNIPORT GES Online Registration

The following documents and details are required for your GES online registration:

• JAMB Registration Number / Matriculation Number
• Full Name (starting from your name – write as it is written on your portal)
• Academic Level
• Department
• Mode of Study (Select Regular if you entered via UTME)
• Gender
• Phone Number
• Email address
• Receipt of Payment in the bank
• The stamped handbook part containing your passport
• In case you have not paid, you can still make a payment online
• Select Bank and office split and upload the images
• Click on Submit Payment after confirming that all the details provided are correct
