Requirements for Trainee Operations Officer
- Candidates Must Have a B.Sc / BA in Business Administration or a relevant field; an MSc/MBA is a plus
- Candidates Must Have 6 months to 1-year working experience as an operation officer in a reputable firm
- Candidates Must Have Excellent organizational skills
- Candidates Must Have the Ability to ensure that all operational requirements in the plant are catered for.
Requirements for Administrative Officer
- Candidates Must Have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Business Management is advantageous.
- Candidates Must Have Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator, or similar role
- Candidates Must Have Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
- Candidates Must Have The ability to multitask.
- Candidates Must Have Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Candidates Must Have Excellent organizational skills.
- Candidates Must Have Effective Communication Skills.
Requirements for Room Steward
- Candidates Must Have a Minimum SSCE Certificate
- Candidates Must Have Work experience as a Room Attendant
- Candidates Must Have Experience with industrial cleaning equipment and products
- Candidates Must Have Good physical health and stamina
- Candidates Must Have the Flexibility to work in shifts
- Candidates Must Have Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards
- Candidates Must Have Excellent organizational skills.
Requirements for Account Management Officer
- Candidates Must Have a BA / B.Sc Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field
- Candidates Must Have Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, or relevant role
- Candidates Must Have Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
- Candidates Must Have Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
- Candidates Must Have Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Candidates Must Have Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Candidates Must Have a High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Candidates Must Have Ability to have difficult conversations
- Candidates Must Have Strong verbal and written communication skills.
