The purpose of this announcement is to notify the general public about the NERC Salary Structure and Payment Strategy for all states. The salary structure for all posts has been issued by the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission. All of the positions and salaries are shown here.
NERC Salary/Compensation Structure
A salary range structure (or salary structure) is a hierarchal group of jobs and salary ranges within an organization. Salary structures often are expressed as pay grades or job grades that reflect the value of a job in the external market and/or the internal value to an organization.
How Much does NERC Pays its Workers
The Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC) pays its entry level/fresh graduate personnel a monthly salary between the range of ₦250,000 and ₦290,000 after tax on average in 2022.
When allowances and incentives are added to a NERC employee’s compensation, it considerably increases. Promotion improves their monthly compensation even further.
NERC Salary Structure for all Positions
Other selected NERC job positions and monthly salary this 2022 include the following:
- Assistant General Manager > ₦ 750,000 – ₦ 850,00
- Information Technology Support Officer > ₦ 30,000 – ₦ 50,000
- Technical Engineer > ₦ 50,000 – ₦ 75,000
