We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Medical Laboratory Manager
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description
- Manage daily operations of the centre
- Perform pre-analytical, analytical and post analytical test processes, evaluate results produced relative to the diagnostic assessment
- Strictly adhere to quality control guidelines to ensure integrity of laboratory and accuracy of results
- Assist with designing processes to ensure efficient turn around time
- Engage in continuous process and service improvement by making and implementing recommendations
- Perform laboratory assays and other duties as required.
Requirements
- HND / B.Sc Degree in Laboratory Science
- 5 – 7 years work experience as a Laboratory Manager
- Great leadership and organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills.
Salary
N170,000 – N200,000 monthly.
