Job Title: Receptionist
Location: Anthony, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Giving a good Impression of the hospital to its patients and visitors.
- Ensuring that the environment is welcoming, calm, and quiet for patients and their families.
- Collecting patient information, and updating medical records.
- Logging all registrations for the day into Microsoft excel for backup
- Answers the phone calls while maintaining a polite, consistent phone manner using proper telephone etiquette.
Qualifications
- OND or its equivalent.
- One – two years working experience.
Requirements / Skills:
- Preferably stay at Anthony or its Axis
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Highly motivated team player willing to go the extra mile.
- Must be presentable and smart Good-looking.
- Proficient with Healthcare Management Systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience working in a hospital is an added advantage
- Face to face experience with customers
