The IHE Delft Water and Development Partnership Programme (DUPC2), funded by DGIS, the development cooperation agency of the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs, is providing scholarships in the framework of capacity building for water professionals from a certain number of regions/countries.

Scholarship Details
Eligible Countries;
- MENA and Horn of Africa:
Algeria, Burundi, Djibouti, Egypt, Ethiopia, Iraq, Jordan, Kenya, Lebanon, Palestine, Rwanda, Sudan, Somalia, South Sudan, Tanzania, Tunisia, Uganda, Yemen - Sahel:
Burkina Faso, Chad, Mali, Niger, Senegal - Small Island Development States:
Belize, Cabo Verde, Comoros, Cuba, Dominica, Dominican Republic, Fiji, Grenada, Guinea-Bissau, Guyana, Haiti, Jamaica, Kiribati, Maldives, Marshall Islands, Mauritius, Federated State of Micronesia, Montserrat, Nauru, Niue, Papua New Guinea, Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent & the Grenadines, Samoa, Sao Tome & Principe, Solomon Islands, Suriname, Timor-Leste, Tonga, Tuvalu, Vanuatu.
Type: Masters
Value of Scholarship: The scholarship includes the total cost of the MSc Programme in Water and Sustainable Development: Tuition fee, insurance, international travel cost, and an allowance of EURO 1,115 per month for the cost of living and accommodation during the complete study period.
Eligibility
To be eligible for scholarship, applicants are expected to meet the following conditions:
- Applicant must be a citizen of one of the above-mentioned countries
- Applicant must have gotten an offer to the MSc Programme in Water and Sustainable Development.
- Priority to female candidates

How to Apply
You do not have to complete a separate application form. If you are a national from one of the eligible countries, you will automatically be considered for the scholarship after you have applied for admission and after you have received your academic admission letter.
If you are from one of these countries and are interested in studying at IHE Delft, we advise you to apply for admission as soon as possible. We furthermore advise you to brush up on your English and, if required, timely sign up for an English language test, as this is a requirement* for final admission and scholarship eligibility. If no sufficient English test results are received before 15 May 2023, you will not be eligible for the scholarship.
