• Visit the NIS shortlist portal and click on the link to check your application status.
• Enter your NIS application code and click on “PROCESSED.”
• If your application has been approved, it will say “application status is approved.”
• If it is still pending, it will say “pending.”

Items to Bring to the Nigeria Immigration Service Screening Center

Below are some of the items you are required to bring to the NIS screening center.

• Credentials: Original and photocopy of your credentials
• Shorts: Two blue PT short
• Vest: Two white vests
• Writing materials
• Recent passport photograph
• A pair of canvas shoes
• Completed Referee/ Guarantor’s Form
• Print out of your Confirmation slip with ID number
• Print out of your screening Invitation Letter
