How to Check the NPC Shortlisted Candidates 2023
NPC Shortlisted candidates’ names will be out in January 2023. The National Population Commission has fixed the date in which the shortlisted names of candidates who applied for the recruitment will be published online.
The shortlist will be published on NPC application portal, so have patience. We will now show you how to check your name immediately after the shortlist is out.
To check your name on NPC Shortlist, simply follow these steps:
- Login to NPC portal at recruitment.adhoctrial.nationalpopulation.gov.ng
- At the top navigation, click on Shortlisted Candidates.
- Select Download PDF Shortlist.
- Search for your name on the shortlist.

How to Check NPC Shortlist
Follow the steps below to check if you have been selected for the conduct of the Population and Housing Census in Nigeria:
- Go to https://2023censusadhocrecruitment.nationalpopulation.gov.ng/
- Click on ‘Check Application Status’ button.
- Enter your NPC Application Code in the pop-up box.
- Click on the ‘PROCEED’ button.
If your application for an NPC facilitator or enumerator is accepted, you will see “application status is approved”. But if it is not, you will see ‘pending’.
NPC Shortlisted Candidates PDF 2023 has been released by the NPC
NPC Shortlisted Candidates PDF, The commission announced the states’ training of specialized workers and facilitators as well as the screening of enumerators and supervisors throughout various LGAs in the country, along with the distribution of the NPC-approved list.
In preparation for the census, which will take place from March 29 to April 2, 2023, the NPC approved list for ad-hoc workers was made public.
Ad hoc employees for the census starting on October 31, 2022, are now being recruited online by the NPC.
