To consolidate and promote non-destrutive testing education,science and technology in Nigeria,the institute of Non-Destructive Testing,Nigeria (INDTN),with Head office at National Centre for Non-Destructive Testing,Effurun,Nigeria seeks to engage an Executive Manager to boost its operation.

Responsibilities
- Manage INDTN’s operations and fundraising efforts.
- Implement strategies aiming at promoting INTDTN Strategic Direction,Mission and vision
- Develop business plans for the attainment of goals and objectives set by the board of directors
- Build an effective team by providing appropriate guidance and coaching to subordinate functions
- Ensure adherence to INDTN’s established policies,legal guidelines,and long term plans
- Review reports issued by subordinate functions with respect to INDTN’s activities.
- Develop and manage INDTN’s external communication and social media content,to ensure visibility and create the desired brand awareness on social media including linkedin, facebook,twitter, instagram etc
Qualification/Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources,business administration,management engineering technology and science.
- Having a training or familiarization of quality management System is na added advantage but not compulsory.
- Minimum of five(5) years experience,with two years in similar role or senior position.
- Must have an online presence in Linkedln.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Critical thinker with innovative problem-solving skills
- Be self-starter and able to manage changing priorities and own workland.
- Must be computer literate.
