Academic Qualification:
- Above-average Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (minimum 7 semesters / 3.5 academic years).
- For DAAD scholarship applicants, the latest degree must not be older than 6 years.
Professional Experience:
- At least 2 years of professional experience in a field related to energy, sustainability, or development (internships do not count).
English Language Proficiency (minimum one of the following):
- TOEFL iBT: 80
- IELTS: Band 6 (all categories)
- Cambridge Certificate (FCE)
- PTE Academic: 59–75
