Job Title: HR / Admin Officer
Employment Type: Full-time
Our reputable organization has a vacancy for the position of HR / Admin Officer who can do a multitude of management tasks as outlined below:
- Recruitment and Selection Management
- Human Resource Planning
- Personnel wellbeing, compensation and rewards Management
- Administrative functions
- Employee Performance Management Including function evaluation
- Career, Training and Development Management
- Support other departments as maybe required, etc.
Experience and Qualities Required
- A Degree or professional qualification preferably in Human Resource Management.
- Excellent written and verbal written skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook/PPT).
- Good administrative, documentation and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and with good initiative.
- Meticulous and able to multi-task.
- A sound knowledge of employment and labour law.
- Minimum of 2 years HR and/or Administration experience
